As part of Southend Borough Council's transformation I supported their journey from 'a failing Council' in 2005/6 to winning ‘Council of the Year 2012’.

I have built my Organisational Development  (OD) skills, knowledge and experience and now offer that to assist other organisations (in any sectors) with their challenges.

I've had very broad experience across different local authorities, delivering innovative and award winning outcomes.

 

Over the last 12 years I've developed my OD skills and experience assisting with various 

transformational projects and events and am now available to offer them to assist your organisation.

Whether its as 1-2-1 executive coach​, in group sessions or as a conference facilitator or speaker, I bring energy, passion and enthusiasm to my work.
