With a small sense of sadness (coupled with a growing degree of excitement for a new chapter starting) I’ve decided to voluntarily dissolve the company I launched six years ago. It has been a fascinating and memorable ‘adventure’ and as expected, a very different experience to all my previous roles.

The company will cease trading on 1st January 2025 and I plan to seek its dissolution from Companies House on the 31st March 2025. All accounts and bills will of course be settled prior to the company’s dissolution.

​

The complexities of trading as a limited company, a reduced market, increased costs and growing demands of operating a 'micro-business', combined with some changes in my personal circumstances, have all contributed to the decision.

​

I’d like to thank you for your custom, trust, support and encouragement over last six years and hope that you will stay in touch going forward.
